As Membership and Outreach Manager at Mahoosuc Land Trust (MLT), I spearhead the production of our quarterly newsletter. I initially provided the staff with a variety of custom newsletter design templates, and they chose the one most similar to their previous newsletter. Using the brand guidelines, I aim to create an eye-catching cover that beckons our members to read the articles our staff works hard to write.
I also create our appeal postcards, which reliably resulted in an uptick in donations. In everything I create for MLT, I think about how best to appeal to our donor base: nature-lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and philanthropists invested in preserving the beauty of the Mahoosuc region.
